We use this company for over a year and for the most part we were happy up until this last year. The service was not what it was supposed to be. Their technician Left our gate open several times and let our dogs out as far as my experience with them lately I would not recommend this company.

This company is the best! Nice staff The company was at my house and had the hornet nest down and treated in an extremely timely manner. I am very satisfied with their work. I will definitely be calling them next time I need help getting pests away!

Best decision I've made. We had a few large ants (carpenter probably) so had the house sprayed inside and out. I didn't think it worked at first since I kept seeing a few ants. Well, a week or so later.... dead ants EVERYWHERE!! And they're still appearing (dead) out of nowhere. We had a few wasps in the basement and some of those Asian beetles too. ALL GONE! It's wonderful. Wish I hadn't waited so long. The employees are fantastic. George (who sprayed) was very knowledgeable and pleasant!

Had them out for a full home treatment as I started renting a property that had just been renovated and kept finding oddball one-off bugs (cockroach, paper wasps, single bed bug, silver fish, etc). Service was quickly set up, simple, and easy. They came in that morning, I went to visit family, came back that night, and hardly even noticed a smell. I haven't noticed a thing since, not sure how it could have been any better.

We contacted Avail on behalf of my dad due to a suspected bed bug situation at his apartment. Avail worked with us in confirming there were indeed bed bugs and quickly contacting the building owner to begin working on the problem. Shelly was always pleasant to communicate with and very professional. She provided us with updates on how the situation was going regularly. Unfortunately, we decided my father not returned to this property due to fear of having issues. But this was not because of Avail! They are great people and a great company to work with!
