Better Avoided. Axiom has been an absolute disappointment from day one. I signed up for their service and had my first treatment last Friday — and it was a complete joke. This was supposed to be the start of the service, yet absolutely NOTHING was done. All the spider webs and problem areas under the deck, around the stairs, and along the siding were still exactly as they were before. I specifically asked for a thorough garage treatment, and that was ignored too. I even sent photo evidence showing no work was done, but instead of owning up to it, they focused on trying to squeeze more money out of me in cancelation fee. Their “service” phone number? Useless. I’ve called countless times and never once gotten a live person. This company has zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for their customers. If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine how bad it gets later. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a great experience with Zach from Axiom Eco-Pest Control. He came by and quickly identified a yellow jacket problem that had been happening around my house. What really stood out was how fast he acted—he scheduled a technician to come out that same day to resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. Zach also offered a reasonable long-term plan that made sense for my home and budget. Unlike other door-to-door reps I’ve encountered, he was informative without being pushy. He listened, explained things clearly, and genuinely wanted to help instead of upselling just to close a deal. If you're looking for pest control and are wary of aggressive sales tactics, ask for Zach. He was professional, responsive, and respectful of my time and concerns.

I have had such a positive experience with Axiom. From the moment I called, the team was responsive, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Ashley makes scheduling so easy and is always incredibly friendly and helpful when I speak with her. Josh and Devon handled the service at my home—they were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. They explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. Not only did they address the issue quickly, but they also shared helpful tips to prevent future problems. I really appreciate the care Ashely, Josh, and Devon put into making sure the issues at my home were taken care of.

Fantastic! Rose was excellent, thorough, and explained things well. I recommend this company based on my experience. It’s clear that they value each individual customer, instead of just trying to get through them. We had a small mouse issue and they helped us figure out what was going on and set a solution for us for the future. Also dealt with some ant issues. Very satisfied! Switched to this company and the technician was nice enough. I just didn’t like the quality of their service, went back to my old provider. Have been trying to cancel my service for 3 days, made 8 phone calls, was told I would get call back. Again, three days later still no call . Also tried to cancel online. Only “account specialists “can cancel account. Called at 9’am as soon as they opened and told all their account specialists were on phone calls already. Customer service sucks Update: supervisor called back after seeing my review. They successfully resolved my issue and canceled my service.
