Anthony was great. he listened to our concerns, toured the property and then went over his assessment and then what would be his course of treatment. He then provided an estimate. We decided to have the work done and signed up for a twelve month program. When he finished, he told us to wait for an hour or so till products dried so our dogs would not be harmed. The cost was reasonable and less than our previous company even though he provided more service. Did not find any scorpions that evening, my usual evening searches yielded between 5-10 during my black light sweeps. All this was brought on because one of my little dogs stepped on a scorpion on the patio a month ago.

They came out the same day and helped get rid of the swarm of bees. While it was a bit on the pricey side, the service as fast and professional. Anthony was very helpful with answering my questions, making the payment process easy. You get a receipt and an email of the invoice, so it’s very legitimate. Good for emergency.

Dan (human) and Mac (pup) came through in the clutch! I had called them in for a second opinion regarding my worst fear...the possibility of bed bugs...as I was afraid the first inspection company I hired may have missed something since I was still experiencing bites. Dori arranged for a timely appointment and Dan and Mac came through my place with professionalism, kindness, and grace. I was given education, options, and most importantly, a clean inspection! I trust Mac's nose over our eyes all day long and Mac gave me the all clear-no bugs. I went ahead and opted to get a preventative treatment just in case. *I think it's important to note it wasn't pushed on me, I asked for it simply for my peace of mind. Thank you to all 3 of your wonderful teammates. I would call you in a heartbeat if another issue arises. I definitely recommend to anyone who is facing this same fear.

I live in Highland Pines & not many pest companies like to drive out for jobs in this area. We’re dealing with an ant infestation in a guest room & have guests coming to stay this weekend so waiting til Friday (what other companies said were their Highland Pines day) wasn’t an option!
