I was truly blessed to find B3! I discovered a large wasp/hornet nest on the ground with creatures I’d never seen before buzzing around it. We found B3 on google and left a message. Within minutes they texted and they gave us assurances that they could come in the morning. Our texts were cordial and professional and clear. This morning, they showed up and with such friendliness and warmth talked me through what they had done and informed me that these were wasps to be taken seriously.
