I bought a house in Miami and needed a total inspection done accurately and with integrity and I requested Bad Dog company because several people that I’m friends with recommended them to me highly , The good news is they were super easy to deal with and accurate with what I was expecting from them ! They showed up exactly when they said they were coming which didn’t waste my day waiting! And they had a very point by point detailed inspection list to do thru and told me they would need to be in and around the house for a while while they checked off all the items for inspection from thief list which was extremely comprehensive list ! I felt super relieved knowing I would be told about any issues with appliances or my sprinklers system security system plus plus plus ! After all was completed I was told the detailed report would be available for me to review point by point on any issues or anything I should be concerned or worried about ! The owner was the kind gentleman that did this comprehensive inspection and let me know there are several issues to be concerned about and brought it to my attention we could have a mold problem and several roofing issues and a few appliances along with his accident professional opinion on things that needed to repaired or replaced with confidence! And I was able to go to closing and get these issues resolved by the person I was buying the home ! And everyone agreed that Mr Collins was credible and accurate 100% with his assessment of all issues and I felt confident that he nailed everything every issue was addressed with out anything getting neglected! And I’m here today to highly recommend Bad dog inspection service because ilof his deep knowledge of everything that needs to be maintained and work in a home that wouldn’t turn into a black hole of never ending repair issues and become a nightmare! We are so happy with Bad Dog Enterprise in Deerfield Beach! The owner ( Joseph Collins) personally did the inspection and was professional and did an amazing job! Amanda then promptly sent us the inspection report - Joe followed up to explain everything to us and answer any questions. They made us feel so comfortable with the whole process and we would highly recommend them! It's a family business and Joe and Amanda make their customers feel like family!

Bad dog helped us with a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation. They were so fast, courteous and lovely to work with. Everyone from the girl I spoke to on the phone, to Will, who came out to perform the inspection, was awesome. From beginning to end, it was a fantastic experience!! Shortly after we moved into our home we realized they do pest control as well. Now they perform this service for us as well and we haven’t had any bugs since! I would highly recommend bad dog!!!
