KP was amazing! He answered all of our questions and came on his off day to make sure we had a familiar face to handle our fogging. He went above and beyond to get everything handled.

I have used bama for years at my own home. My daughter did as well. The last time we' used them, the service did not work, which was a surprise, as it always did before. We called immediately, and were told we'd recieve a call from the technician. He never called, and made numerous attempts to reach him. Two weeks after the service that was a complete failure, which they charged her anyway, I called to speak with the manager. He's completely dodged every call, with the promise to call us back. He never did. They've turned a situation that could've easily been fixated, into a this. They have lost our business, as well as the rest of the family, and friends that used to use to them. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. It's been nothing but a nightmare.

I’ve been very pleased with the entire set up process for establishing pest control service in my new home. Their customer service is very polite and the technicians were very professional. You must sign a one-year contract for quarterly service, but that comes with a warranty (guarantee) that if you have any problems they will come back out and treat your home at no charge.

Technicians are excellent in their service and professionalism. We have had Bama for five years and have always been pleased. Very reputable company with the nicest employess!
