Dan Anderson, Bamboo Pest Control is THE BEST! Dan proactively called to let us know about wasp issues at our home. We were just about to call him with that concern but he was already on it. He took care of the problem with one visit. We are so grateful for his expertise in keeping our desert home safe for our family and pets. We need to also recognize Dan Anderson’s dedication to excellent customer service. Recently, he came out to take care of some issues, during a major holiday weekend! We fully expected to have to wait for after the holiday, but once again, Dan’s attitude of “I’ve got you” shone through as he took care of our concerns. When I moved into my new home a couple of weeks ago, I met Chris while he was servicing another home in my neighborhood. He took the time to introduce Bamboo and let me know that he had been treating my home for the previous owners, so he was already very familiar with the pest situation here. His knowledge and professionalism gave me a lot of confidence. I decided to go with their service, and I'm so glad I did. Their pest control program is thorough, affordable, and tailored to the needs of my home. I had my first service with Chris today, and everything went smoothly. He explained the process, addressed my concerns, and made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend Bamboo if you're looking for reliable, affordable, and friendly pest control service.

If you really want to know the quality of what they offer, here is a review from over a year of using Bamboo: All the 5 star reviews here are completed right after people sign up. They’re very good at customer service on the front end (of course) so you’ll sign up for their service on a contract that you’re locked into for a year. Then they tell you they’re having a contest to see who can get the most reviews and ask you to fill it out right after you sign up, before you even have a servicing. And later when you need extra assistance, they take forever to respond. After 6 months of service we continued to have rats and mice in our yard, and spiders in our home. We had several “extra services” to try to mitigate the activity, especially in our home, and it never got better. Once we had a mouse in our house, it took them 3 days to send someone to us - and the only thing they provided was sticky pads which I could have bought on my own for much cheaper than the monthly cost of service. Also on your service day they won’t even give you a time frame of when to expect the technician - there were days I waited at home till 4 or 5pm to let them into my house only for the “servicing” only to last 10 mins. The biggest headache was when I tried to cancel our service. We waited the full year as we were contractually obligated to do. I called three times to try to cancel and a specific employee had to call me back, no one else could do it for me. Then when I finally got the call, he tried to convince me that I hadn’t met the year requirement yet - I pulled up my contract and emailed it to him and he played dumb “Oh your right! I got the year wrong, my mistake.” Sleezy, sketchy, trying to manipulate people into thinking they can’t cancel - and the services do nothing. It’s been almost a year since we canceled our contract and we see no difference in the spiders, ants, and rodents in and around our home. Don’t do it. Don’t sign up with them - just go buy spray and traps at Home Depot and do it yourself.

Be aware of False Service Report that misrepresents the actual work done with fabricated claims. The service on 9/25 (4501 Highview St.) was the false report by Nick Garza. The report description written as---dusted the eaves, removed all wasp nests and spider webs, and sprayed the eaves, doors, windows, soil/mulch, and yard-- simply not true. I was physically out there and witness how the service is performed —Nick Garza was visibly anxious & irritated by my presence despite I am entitled to monitor on my property. The spraying process itself was rushed and limited only to a narrow perimeter around the foundation. Granules was applied by a quick sweep. The fence rails which I agreed to pay extra for ($10) in the contract, were barely touched. I finally realized why bunch of insects are still alive, the spider web all over the trees, outdoor lamps, fence rails...they are everywhere even got into inside of the house. Thousand of large and small insects glued and trapped by the window fly Sticky Traps I set up that prove the services are of poor results from both chemical and organic treatments due to guy's rush & sweeping services.

Great first time experience with Dan our technician. He gave a very detailed explanation of what he was doing and we toured around my roof where the wasps love to make nests. Hoping this service will prevent their return! 🐝

Albert from Bamboo texted me with an ETA and showed up to spray today. He had the notes I texted to the office about my concerns with a few areas. They are great about providing service while I’m at work and they have great communication by text or phone if needed. My nieghbor texted me asking me about the service saying he was impressed watching Albert work so quick and efficient even in the tallest hardest to reach spots! Great service and a great company.
