I want to thank Barrett Pest Control for coming out so fast to take care of the yellow jackets. From the phone call to the gentleman who came out, nothing but delightful people to work with. Amazing!!! Amy greets you with her lovely upbeat voice when you call into the office. I have had two wonderful technicians come to my home and have given me top notch service from the greeting at the door to the time they leave. Mike and Haley are phenomenal. Excellent communication, reliable service, fair price. I particularly appreciate that Barrett is a small business, and as such, it is easy to get through to them, and to get exactly what I need, and to receive (without begging for it) reliable information from the visiting technician, even if I am not there for the visit. I have some other properties outside of their coverage area, where I have to go with a much bigger, regional or national pest control company (the one which starts with an "M"), and that is not always so effective and easy. Of course, "local" is always better, if you can find it. Well, you are reading this, so I guess you found Barrett already. Call them!

Barrett does a great job! I use them exclusively at my home and rental property, for quarterly inspections and maintenance. Any (infrequent) issues are dealt with, with urgency and effectiveness. Brandon does a great job explaining any service/actions taken at time of service and is prompt with paperwork. I would recommend Barrett for personal residences and investment properties.

We’ve been with Barrett for almost a year now, and we’re definitely sticking around! We live in the woods, so bugs were a huge problem before Barrett. We use their quarterly service and have had nothing but positive experiences. The company is solid, and our tech, Nate Crawford, has been awesome for our area. Their attention to detail and honest approach really shows in the quality of their work. Nate is especially great! He’s always attentively listening when we notice anything and quick to offer advice on what to do next. Highly recommend!
