They were friendly and fast, and helped me with my issue a few hours after I'd called. Gave me sound advice on next steps to take to keep animals out of the crawlspace.

Honestly for the price was thinking they would go about it a completely different way. For the price, was under the impression that they would go in and physically removed the animal, but they just set traps outside. For the price, I would think fixing the attic screen would be to go inside and fix the screen where the squirrel ripped through AND do a prevented measure, but they just bought a galvanized wiring to tack over my attic vent from the outside and left the damage screen that the animal ripped through alone. I have a ladder, I can buy a trap and the screen (and bought later) for literally 15% of what I was charged. And not to mention they charge per animal caught. So think, If you place food in a trap outside it will attract more animals. I am literally just in shock once I found out what exactly they did. Long and short, close to $500 for placing 2 traps (cost about 50 bucks to get one) and tacking on a 2x3 galvanized screen where a role thats 2x5 cost 10 bucks. I went ahead and just screen up of other side myself for 10 bucks rather than paying 80 bucks for that. The sad part is that I'm a handy guy and literally couldve saved myself 400 bucks. If it was like 200 or even 250 then I can understand that, but $500. I might as well open up a business myself and charge 250 to do that. I have all the tools to do it.

Barry did an outstanding job and highly recommend. Have a forest behind my home....and after DTE cut down some branches, the red squirrels started invading my home. Barry came out right away, trapped them...sealed every entrance...and now I'm able to get a decent sleep again.
