My experience with the people at "My Bat Guy" has been excellent! They have been considerate, kind, respectful, punctual, courteous, thorough and professional from top to bottom of their company. The technicians have finished with their inspection, sealing and installation of "one way" bat exits on my home. I will now wait and see how effective their work is, but I am extremely confident that my bat problem has been eliminated. They did my neighbors home last year and my neighbors are also very pleased with the results. Thank you, My Bat Guy!

The technician was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't find the bat but spent a long time looking. Later that night the bat came out and I was able to catch it with a fishing net and take it outside.

Scheduling an evaluation visit was a breeze. Ron let us know when he’d be at our home using a tracker and he was even able to bump up the appointment by a few hours!
