We had a great experience with Matt! When getting work done on our chimney, a colony of bats was discovered. Matt came out the next day to inspect the whole house and determined that the chimney had the only evidence of bats. He set up one way doors and advised the chimney workers on how to remove his work so they could finish fixing the chimney when the bats were gone. Matt was very flexible and easy to work with. Literally the best in the business. We had a situation with a colony of bats in our attic. Matt was extremely responsive in getting us on the schedule. Rob came out to do a bat exclusion and was extremely knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, talked us through the process and spent 3-4 hours at our house doing a full inspection and patching up every potential entry point. That evening my husband and I sat in the back yard and watched bats exit our attic one by one and laughed knowing they would not be able to get back in. We discovered last spring that we had bats in our attic. They had probably been there for some time, we just didn’t know. Rob came out quickly after my first call, helped me to understand the issues and we put a plan in place to first exclude the bats with those 1-way traps, and then when the weather cooled off got into the attic to clean out the mess that the bats had left behind. Rob was patient with me in scheduling around other work we were having done, and when he and his crew did the cleanout it was thorough and complete. There was nothing left behind.
