John was very patient and thorough during the removal and the following inspection. He answered every question with detail and reassurance. We cannot thank him and Bats to Rats enough for their attention and recommended solutions to our issues. Adrian followed up today with the escape tubes, sealing entry points, and installing the vent grill work. Really a splendid job, very professional and effective. I cannot praise this company enough.

As far as I know, these are the only folks in Lincoln who do bat exclusion. And BOY did my house have bats. They sent someone to do an inspection, and gave an estimate with photos on the spot, which was super helpful to know exactly what they were going to need to do, and just how much damage the bats were doing to my house. They seem very busy this time of year, but after I approved the estimate they were able to schedule me in within a couple weeks. I am also excited about their warranty, where every year I can have someone come out and do another inspection and then that renews my warranty.
