So relieved! We hired for an inspection. I was a nervous wreck after having someone in my house a month ago that I heard afterwards was infested with bugs!!!! The knowledge and then the reassurance I was given afterwards is priceless! Very professional and discreet with such bug knowledge! AND I really enjoyed our conversation!

I’ve had several interactions with service manager Brian Sanders and every time he has been quick to respond, very professional, and goes above and beyond to provide the best services. From initially changing our services to get more coverage to handling pressing pest issues immediately. Couldn’t recommend him as his team enough. My residents have been super happy every time as well!

Brian from Batzner came out. He was very personable and knowledgeable and in general a very nice human being. He was thorough in his examination of the house for ant entry points and did a good job spraying problem areas inside and out. As an aside, I almost didn’t use Batzner because of the person who manned the phones that day - rude and with hard core up selling. But now I’m glad I did use Batzner as I am very satisfied with the ant treatment and delighted to have had all my questions answered satisfactorily by Brian who really knows his craft. I recommend using Batzner for pest control and recommend you ask for Brian.

Eddie has been servicing my home for over a year now and he is great to work with. Very attentive to our needs and always on top of his communication with us. He lets us know when he will arrive and discusses the treatments with us prior to every application. Then he follows up to share if he found anything and what we should expect. I really enjoy working with Eddie and would highly recommend him.
