We had an excellent experience with Bay Area Wildlife Solutions. From the very first call—on a Sunday, no less—they were responsive, professional, and reassuring. By Monday, Bill and Shannon were at our beach home, ready to tackle our issue with squirrels nesting in the ceiling of our utility room. They didn’t just set traps and leave. They carefully monitored the situation, checked back daily to make sure the squirrels were completely gone, and only then completed the exclusion work to prevent the squirrels from coming back. As a bonus, they also were able to trap a neighborhood skunk! Their thoroughness, daily updates and attention to detail gave us total peace of mind. It’s rare to find a company that combines quick response time, genuine professionalism, and such a high standard of care. 5 star service. I called Shannon this morning and Bill was here within 2 hours. The birds nest was removed , vent cleaned out and a cover put on so those nasty birds don’t come back. Bill was very informative, cleaned up all the mess outside and the price was fair. I highly recommend these guys😊

Had starlings building a nest in our bathroom exhaust vent. Made appointment with Shannon. Next day Bill came and took care of the issue. Neat clean job. I really appreciated the urgency, effectiveness, and professionalism I experienced with this company and their specialist, William! He was very kind and thorough in explaining the process, his findings of surplus nesting and eggs, and ensured the area was disinfected and vent cage installed! Shannon worked her magic with the schedule to treat my situation with urgency, and Bill made a thorough and rapid assessment of the intrusion, put together a cost-effective treatment plan, and fully explained the process and line items. Shannon kept me in the loop on the team's progress from initiation through the wrap up, including pictures. The team worked quickly and efficiently to trap and relocate the squirrels from the attic and perimeter and deploy the appropriate mitigations, going above and beyond to repair a collapsed vent, which, unbelievably, others had simply ignored.
