Jeff is very knowledgeable, and handled the job cautiously and carefully; and avoided getting stung by a very angry yellow jacket hive! He told us what to expect next as the wasps die. Anthony arrived during the scheduled appointment window and was thorough. He checked and treated 2 floors plus the basement. Also appreciated that we got an appointment quickly and that the service includes a 3-month warranty - that we hope won't be necessary.
