Beaver Busters were professional explained everything I needed to know. He came the first day I contacted them. Got rid of all the racoons under my deck. Fenced it in so no more possum and armadillo trying to live rent free. So thankful for all Michael's hard work. Will call this company always to get rid of wildlife.

Michael was prompt, friendly, honest, and professional. I reached out to him around 7pm because a rodent had JUST gotten into my chimney (loud scratching noises). He answered the phone and said he was finishing up a snake job, but he was at my location as soon as he could make it (he had to drive an hour to get to me!) Michael tried everything he could to get the poor little critter out but because the chimney set-up was bonkers he would have had to cut a hole in the exterior to get access to the chimney (Michael explained why very thoroughly). Since I'm renting my unit I couldn't approve the job, but Michael said he'd send the report to me with all of his findings and recommendations first thing in the morning. Also, Michael only charged me the diagnostic fee which was significantly less than the initial fee for successful rodent removal. Overall I would highly recommend Michael for any pest or rodent job you may have.
