I called Bed Bug Exterminator yesterday and spoke to Kendel about my concerns as well as the nightmare I had experienced with Terminex! Kendel was wonderful! She patiently listened to me explain my situation, and she was very reassuring! She has a wonderful bedside manner which you REALLY need if you suspect you may have bedbugs! She thoroughly and clearly explained their process for inspection and for treatment if required. She then set an appointment for that same afternoon dor the inspection. The specialist, Chase, was on time, very professional and friendly, took the time and did a very thorough visual inspection and used a phermone test. I had never heard of this swab test before, but it has apparently been around for over a year. Chase told me that I have no bedbugs which was such a relief. Chase is very genteel and very knowledgeable which inspired my confidence in him. I really appreciate this and his honesty as a lot of companies would have said I had them to get me to pay thousands and sign a contract. This weekend when I woke up with eight "bites" on my neck after traveling, my initial concern was that bed bugs were creeping around our space. I had bite and more bites.
