Customer service is excellent. Saved me a ton of money by taking this route and they give you all the tools to succeed. It's honestly down right good Ole fashion help your neighbor out kind of business. The type you just don't see anymore. Hopefully I won't have to use them for this service again, but I would highly recommend and will use again if it becomes a problem.

I have a very awkward schedule, and he was not only willing to work with us, but was very respectful. He walked us through the steps and helped us better understand the equipment. Great service Scott helped walk me through the process and was on call through the whole thing to answer any questions ( while on vacation at that ) and a very reasonable price if I ever had this problem again I would definitely go back will recommend 100 times over the whole crew was pleasant to work with from pick up to drop off and everything in between and definitely heat it to beat it

This DIY experience was AWESOME! Scott and his team are extremely knowledgeable experts and were able to help us with an exact plan of attack. They explained each step and answered every question. Believe me I had a few. They also made themselves available if we had any questions once we started the process. When we found the pest problem and reached out they went above and beyond and met us after hours so that we could get started straightaway. It has been a few months and the results using the heaters made all the difference in conquering the pest problem the first time. The cost and effectiveness compared to other options was so reasonable too! If you have a need for bedbug heaters this is the place to go!
