I decided to use this service after some people from out of town stayed over and I discovered bed bugs a week later. The service professional's name that came out was Mike. After a short inspection, it was clear that we had a case of bed bugs. Mike was very knowledgeable and his customer service was amazing. I hope to never have bed bugs again but if i do, I know that I can count on Bed Bug Terminator to get rid of the problem fast.

Mike showed up on time. Was very friendly got right to work. Really made a bad situation tolerable. I would use them again but hopefully never will.
