They showed up on time, Gave us step by step details on how the process works and detailed printout of prep work we had to do to prepare for the treatment and if we had any questions we could text or call him and he quickly responded. . Had an issue at a family members house that was under 24 hour care. John was very responsive, went above and beyond the call of duty, and even inspected the caregiver’s homes at no additional charge in order to try and determine the source of our issue. He also came back multiple times after the heat treatment for additional inspections and treatments and was very considerate and accommodating when working around PT, OT, and eating schedules. I can’t say enough good things about John and the extra effort he made to make a stressful situation bearable. Our experience was definitely 5 stars!!
