I found honey bees inside the bougainvillea bush, didn't know who or where to call. Then I found BEE GREEN REMOVAL. I am absolutely happy with the response time of my inquiry. It was a Sunday, mind you. I had communication with Angie and scheduled and appointment for Monday. The gentleman that came, Cesar, was very courteous. He did an inspection and explained the process of removal. We scheduled it for Tuesday. Cesar was very professional and took care of the bougainvillea bush. The absolute happy ending to this story is that the bees were saved. Thank you Angie and Cesar.

Very unprofessional. We were home and didn't hear any knocking or honking. He waited 4 minutes and left. Then proceeded to give me a quote based on his experience and the fact that the bees were located in the roof BUT he never saw the bees or the area of concern. We ended up going into the attic and there was no hive. Probably just a swarm looking for a new home. We ended up reinforcing the attic breeze vent to prevent any potential renters. If he had performed an inspection, he could have saved us this headache and shared some wisdom or educate us about bee behavior. Instead we felt unheard and cheated. $950 low end of estimate for what? Apparently nothing. Maybe his 14 years of experience didn't teach him enough about customer service, communication, or inspections.

Scheduling was a challenge, including a missed appointment. The estimate was reasonable and the work seems to have been effective one week later.

Very unprofessional never inspected inside the attic or infested area but still gave me a $950 quote that he said was on the lower side. The technician also stated that he doesn't need to inspect the area since he's been doing it for 14 years and only needs to look at where he's going to be opening up the roof to get to the hive even though the attic space is really easy to access.
