The person that came out to actually do the work was very kind and considerate. He also explained what was going to be done in the process of rehoming the bees. Unfortunately I had let the situation get Too far advanced it did take him a while to get all of the bees but he did an amazing job and he showed me pictures Of the work that he did And explained if there were any stragglers Of bees That should only be for a few days and they will Go find somewhere else. Extremely disappointed in the services from this company. They were sure quick to schedule for a technician to come out the first time, but after services didn’t work and bees were still swarming my front door and porch I called for a week and a half several times until I was finally able to get someone out who didn’t do anything for the bee problem and told me to just spray soapy water because that’s what they use. Bees are still all over and I had to call another company after paying a large fee for BeeGreens services.
