John walked us through everything and did a thorough and amazing job of the house. We used him for an 11-month inspection after we built a new home so that we can make sure we submitted everything we needed to on the checklist to get done when the home builder came back for our one year fixes. John was great, friendly, and very respectful

If you are looking for a home inspection stop looking. This business is the best in the NW Suburbs. I previously used another service provider and he was not as thorough as John. Not only that they give you a free homebinder, which is like a home's car fax. All nicely organized only with timely reminders on when you should do maintenance. I am going to hire John again for my previous property just because the home binder and service utility concierge is such a great perk. 100% worth the money and great service!

John came to my property to inspect attic gor mold and was fantastic. Recently had sewer gas stack leak and was concerned maybe mold in the area. He assured me before replacing all the drywall that attic was clean and no visual signs of mold. Great company and will use him again for sure!

John was amazing and did a great job at our home. Loved how patient he was answering all my questions and more importantly he was honest. Would def recommend for anyone needing Radon testing!!
