J.R. the technician does a wonderful job but is limited by the scheduler or scheduling tool to get a 5 star review. J.R., the technician is professional and does his job correctly going above and beyond expectations. However, BeeBee's the company's notification system has some defects. We are supposed to receive notification of an upcoming appointment and that has not been happening. Not everybody has their computer or smart phone glued to their hip all of the time. Don't tell me that the scheduler is too busy to make a phone call when they see that the electronic notification of appointment has not been confirmed within a reasonable amount of time. All too often the technician shows up to do work unaware that we have not been notified. It would seem that 1. the scheduler would continually try to schedule until the appointment has been acknowledged, 2. the software package being used would is smart enough to notify the servicing agent that the appointment has NOT been confirmed, 3. without appointment confirmation service will not be performed. And by the way, the email asks for a review of "How did we do?" with J. R.'s picture. That question should be expanded to include BeeBee's as a company including office staff and scheduling. That's my 2 cents!

My Technician Mr. Epps did a thorough inspection. He was polite and professional.

Jerame was courteous, thorough, and helpful. He answered our questions in a professional and understandable manner and was very patient as we rounded up pets.
