Great customer service on the phone, and came out the next day to take care of a wasp nest. Randy the technician was fast and efficient, and dropped the price of our initial estimate. We will definitely be using them again for future needs.

Great service for a great price. We use the quarterly program and if ever we notice an inadequacy, they come spray again for free. I've had them come out twice out of schedule for free because I had wasps making homes in areas on my roof, which they were happy to climb and spray for free. Also very convenient that they offer text correspondence. Trace Birch is our usual tech, and is always punctual, polite, and professional, always making sure any concerns are addressed and going out of his way to ensure that our needs are met.

We have been using Beeline for more than 15 years. They always do such a great job each and every time they come out. Recently we had Tyler come to spray for ants. He spotted right away where they were coming from and made sure to thoroughly spray the area. He explained how they get in, where they like to live, and how to prevent them in the future. He patiently answered all my questions I asked while he was working. He was super friendly the entire time he was here. Beeline comes to our house quarterly and we have never had a problem with any of their employees. They are wonderful to work with.

It's Ironic that the company name has the word BEE in it. We paid $172 dollars for our service. My 2 main concerns were grasshoppers and hornets. I was told I would need 2 seperate coctails for those issues. They came and sprayed, but a bit over a week, I still had the same amount of grasshoppers & hornets. I pictured the active hives still around the eves and under the wainscotting of my house. The company was good to come back out and spray. The second person I talked to said the spray didn't kill grasshoppers, which I wasn't told, and their website indicates it does, so... that was frustrating. I did see a reduction in grasshoppers after the 2nd spray. I still have active hornet nests. We knocked one hive down with the 2nd spray and they are building again in the same spot. I would not recommend this service. It's pretty expensive and the results are pretty poor. My video is me killing the same hive again with a hornet spray from Lowe's.

Very happy with Beeline. Their response was quick and we didn't have to wait for weeks for an appointment. They took care of the problems we were having quickly and efficiently and were great about explaining everything. I really appreciated that I didn't have to be locked into a contract. I've used beeline pest control for several years in the past and was very satisfied with their service. They raised prices so I went elsewhere for several years. Just today I decided to go back to beeline. The service was late, rushed, actual spider webs were missed along the foundation and I had to point this out. Nothing above the foundation was touched. I will never use beeline again. UPDATE: 10/10/2025. A manager from beeline contacted me following my initial bad experience with their service. He sent a senior tech out to re-spray my house. The senior tech did a very very thorough job!! Thank you Ignacio for contacting me and making things right. Thank you Jackson for the exceptional service.

Rep came to refill my rodent bare stations. He was very professional, and helpful. I love that they don’t pressure or try to push further survives and subscriptions — they just show up and give you the service you actually want. Hard to find that in pest control typically, so it’s really nice. Would recommend beeline for sure.

Signing up was very easy. The gals on the phone explained the service and got a technician to come out that same week. Justin, our technician came out promptly and was very kind and professional. After speaking with him about our concerns, he came up with a game plan and explained how it would all work. He was very thorough. We really appreciated Justin coming out and taking care of us. The women who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was very friendly. She asked me what services i was in need of and walked me through my options. The technician, Justin Hardy was on time for the scheduled service. He asked us questions to better understand the problem areas. He was fast and efficient and very nice. Overall very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend!

I have used Beeline over the years with several homes that I have owned from Syracuse to Ogden. I have a rental home that my daughter lives in and seen some pretty active spider activity with the cool weather. I called them on a Saturday and with absolutely no hassle they had a technician over and was able to take care of it quickly that afternoon. The cost was very reasonable. I can't thank them enough for making it SO easy to do business with them and being so prompt. They have always been so good to work with!
