Patrick was thorough in his explanation of the services rendered. Once the process occurred, I had problems with my carpet. I was told this type of issue never happened before. I was also told that Mike, the tech, indicated there were problems with the carpet prior to service. The carpet was PERFECT prior to the process. I know the company isn't responsible for a laundry list of side effects but I don't appreciate the tech making up stories about a problem that didn't exist prior to the process. I think Bennett should improve their approach to an overwhelming experience by offering additional resources, if needed. I feel once they complete their job, the company does not provide support for further services.
