One of the things I love about Ben’s Pest Control is that it is a family-owned small business, and they provide top-notch customer service at reasonable pricing. James did our treatment and ensured inside and outside were treated thoroughly and that it met out needs and desires. Ben’s services a lot of homes in our community and we have heard nothing but great things about their company, and James lived up to the praise. We too are now a highly pleased new customer! I have nothing but positive things to say about Ben’s Pest Control. Each person who comes out is friendly, thorough, and willing to take the time to answer questions I may have. During one scheduled service, my baby was sleeping so James was very accommodating to start outside before coming inside. Mamas know, never wake a sleeping baby!!! Timothy has also been here and helped with any questions I had and advised that if I was unsure about a bug, I could take a picture and text directly. I did that and got a response so quickly. Additionally, Ben has personally been out to help determine if we had anything crawling around in the attic. Anytime I call, email, or text, I always get a friendly and helpful response. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a family-friendly company that is consistent and trustworthy, but Ben’s Pest Control impresses us every time. 10/10 recommend.

An absolutely amazing experience. First and foremost was Brooke. I had already called a corporate company that gave me a price. I was ready to move forward. Then I got a message from her that generated a call back. Being a family owned business was a huge factor in my decision. Her and her sister Hannah were sweet and accommodating. The technicians James and Tim were smart, kind and very effective. I had a very bad ghost ant and palmetto bug problem that has been erased from my life. I highly recommend this company!
