Resubmitting review that mysteriously got deleted…. Company sent representative to inspect home for bed bugs that had no understanding of their treatment process. Handed out brochure that lacked any real detail for a $4k+ quote. To spray a chemical that takes maybe an hour to apply for maybe two or three future applications. That works out to over $1k an hour rate. Crazy!!! Other companies willing to put in effort to use heat, etc.

Hudson was very kind and efficient. They were able provide same day service. Definitely recommend.

We have a rental property that is being takes care of by an awesome Tech named Patrick. He communicated and gets the job done. When I spoke with Karen today, she was able to get the appointment set and confirmed my tenant’s contact info. She was friendly and it was an easy process.

Shouting out customer service, Danielle was so sweet and helpful, made sure I knew exactly what I was calling for and helped me answer all my questions. Idk who she is but I love her.

Second review following treatment. Our house was treated by Cole. He could not have been nicer, he was super thorough, and very knowledgeable concerning the pest problem we had.

The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the people on the phone were polite otherwise I would go with 1 star. I scheduled an appt for a Wednesday, the only day I'm available. I scheduled this on the previous Friday, 5 days in advance. I got a call an hour before my appt saying that the tech called in sick. I understand that people get sick, that's not the problem, but not having a backup is bad business. I chose to not move forward with Berrett and will find somebody else which means I will most likely have to wait 12 days to deal with my carpenter ant infestation. Based on other reviews, I'm sure they provide good service but unfortunately, mine was not a good one.

I had great experience before but after a year i have scheduled numerous pest appointments and they often dont come. It has happened about 5x for the last months because they wasnt treating my fire ants and missing days. I have made too many calls for status. . I had to cancel my services with them and went with HOME TEAM PEST and they accomodated me next day..
