Tony came out and did an inspection for me and told me there was no issues. It is very hard to find that kind of honesty these days. He arrived on time and was also very professional.

I contacted Best Option Restoration later in the day Tuesday and heard from them first thing Wednesday morning. I was told of the inspectors, Tony could fit me in and was at my place before 1pm. I live in an apartment and although the landlord is going to fix the mold problem I have in my apartment, I wanted an outside opinion. I just want to make sure how serious or not it is. So Tony got there and I showed him the couple of areas affected and gave him some history. He was professional and polite. He even tested some of the black on the window and it tested positive for being bad mold. He even gave me the test to show my landlord. Tony explained everything and told me he will make a report and send it to me and an estimate also. I really couldn’t have hoped for anyone better!! I would definitely recommend Best Option Restoration, and Inspector Tony!
