No one responded. At 6:42 PM, I asked again why no one had contacted me, to which the managing director replied that, unfortunately, he couldn't reach anyone at the Oberschützen location. HE WROTE THAT HE COULD ASSURE THAT SOMEONE WOULD GET IN TOUCH THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 10 AND 11:00 AM AT THE LATEST. AFTER A FEW QUESTIONS AND HALF-ANSWERS WITH INFORMATION ABOUT €350 FOR NORMAL CONTROL, WHICH, ACCORDING TO HIMSELF'S OWN STATEMENT, WAS UNREALISTIC IN THIS CASE, I EVEN OFFERED IF WE COULD AT LEAST STAY UNDER €1,000 AND SOMEONE COULD COME ANYTIME, A.S.A.P. - with a somewhat peculiar update from the GM AGAIN (quote): "Between 10 and 11 AM tomorrow, certain employees and I have something to do. Whether anyone could actually come that day was not confirmed, despite information about the additional costs for weekend bonuses if they had to come on Saturday or Sunday, which was fine and understandable for me. The next day, I waited from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM as agreed for contact. There was no contact at all until 11:52 AM. When I inquired about it, as I had already had to reschedule my private appointment, there was no response. Nor was there an apology for the delay. At 12:25 PM, after another inquiry, I received the following response from the managing director: "Waiting for the last colleague. 100% sure they'll be in touch." Nothing else. The fact that my appointment had since been canceled and I'd been waiting for 2.5 hours for the promised contact unfortunately didn't interest anyone. At 2:48 PM, about 4 hours later!, an employee called me and asked what I needed. At the same time, he spoke to his managing director in the background and asked him, "What was he calling about?" The managing director replied, "About mice." I said, "A bit late, isn't it?" The managing director in the background said to his employee, "Yes, I told him between 10 and 11, but you came later." The employee said to me, "And what exactly do you need now?" ... I said, "Nothing more, it's taken care of." By then, I was in Graz and had already hired a company that had been operating successfully for over 10 years. In response to their questions and my explanations, they had already explained the process and all the options to me over the phone, explaining exactly what the process was and all the options available, and had given me a corresponding fixed-price quote, including additional travel and appointment times. The price is also perfectly reasonable. Managing a business is often underestimated. Unfortunately, the skills required for the job alone are far from sufficient. My only criticism is that promises were made that were repeatedly broken.
