Cindy has been really helpful in scheduling and rescheduling our service appointments. We have used Better Termite for our new home since May 2023 and have been consistently happy. We have had a few remedial appointments for mice and wasps the company handled right away by sending a technician out. Other than that you cannot beat their prices for quarterly spraying.

We had to have Christopher and Josh come out to investigate hornets and remove some yellow jacket hives. They were both amazing. Professional, competent, courteous, and so knowledgeable about the situation. They both went above and beyond to research the issues, manage the issues, proactively look for other issues, and then explain it all to both my husband and I. We had used Better Termite for years but this was by far, the BEST experience we had and I highly recommend them both. In fact, I would like them to be our regular techs, they were awesome. I told them their shirts should read " I am the BEST", instead of " I am Better".

Always great customer service and price point. Lisa was friendly and helpful on the phone. My mom, and then myself, have been a customer at this residence since at least 2005, possibly longer. Highly recommend. As an addendum, Rob came to perform the inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The team is very polite and professional and will call to schedule your inspectiont. The technician will also call you the morning of the appointment to provide a 2-hour window to expect their arrival...pretty straightforward process. For my most recent inspection, Josh was the technician. He explained everything he planned to do during the inspection and why it was being done. He also provided me with additional options for preventive maintenance and easily answered all of my questions. He was very professional and polite.

We just finished installing Sentricon on our propertry. Everyone at Better Termite has made it a pleasant process, explaining the treatments, scheduling the work and installing the product. Lisa scheduled the work and followed up to make everyone was on schedule and making sure we were happy with trhe installation.. Steven did and initial survey of the property and provided additional information including answering any questions we had. Lawrence did the actual installation and walked me round the yard to show me where the treatment devices were. He also made a diagram of where they were installed. This was a pleasant experience and the kind of service we have enjoyed from Better Termite since we had the house built in 1985. We have had treatments and annual inspections since and have never had a problem with termites. Thanks to Better Termites for another job well done!

Josh came out today to treat for termites at our home, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. He made sure every area was thoroughly inspected and treated, and his attention to detail really stood out. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We are 30+ year customer with Better Termite. Great service provided by the technicians. We have never had a termite or other pests discovered during their thorough inspection. Cindy arranges the inspection and has always been open with communication. Rob has completed our inspection for many years and has been great with scheduling and on time as planned with arrival time. You will not be disappointed with Better Termite.

Rob came out and provided a solid pest control plan with termite protection for our townhome. His knowledge was apparent and he answered all my questions. I feel Better Termite & Pest Control had the best plan and pricing over other companies, so in combination with Rob’s customer service, I chose to go with them. I’ll update as I get down the road utilizing their services, but right now I feel that I’ll be in good hands.

Christopher was phenomenal! He not only took care of the outside of the house, but went above and beyond in the basement treating against the spiders I’ve been finding. I then mentioned a bunny and possibly a squirrel fell into the basement escape holes outside and without asking, he removed them for me! I know that’s not part of his job, but it blessed me and my kids so much! Thank you for being so kind and respectful to me and our home!

Rob is our technician and he’s absolutely amazing. Always on time and going through details. Always asks if we need any spray inside of the house or need to pay attention to any particular spaces. We had lady bugs flying around last couple weeks so I messaged Rob, he responded to me after hours, explained the reason and possible solution. Really happy with Rob and better termites.
