Big Blue Bug is a little pricey and they value efficiency over quality. Their technicians could be set up for more success if they were assigned to specific properties so they could know their customers’ properties better.

Michael R. Did a great job laying over 25 traps in my crawl space to keep the rodents away during the fall and winter months. 5 Star job! Mike T. did an excellent job. He fixed the tiny openings where mice may have come into the leaves. No tech had done this before; he was very thorough. He checked the attic area behind the knee walls under the eaves and afterwards even replaced the strip of door insulation that a previous tech had left lying on the rug when trying to close the door to under the eaves. Very personable and explained clearly his suggestions for avoiding another "mouse in the house" problem. An excellent technician and representative for BBB!
