I have a Service Agreement with Bill's Home Service Company. I am pleased with their work. They are punctual and polite, and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend! They charge $235 for the annual inspection. If they find something, they will return at no extra charge.

Mark Alvarez is hands down the best of the best!!! When you talk to him on the phone, you can feel his smile !!!! We prefer to see him in person but it doesn’t always work out.
