Francis is amazing, very friendly and professional. He removed all the spider webs around the house and deck. Also, never fails, he asks us about the service and if we are having any issues, and thanks to him, zero issues. Very happy customer!

I had the pleasure of having Kane come treat my home this morning. Kane was friendly, informative, and fast. He offered his card and said if I had any questions to contact him. It’s always nice to have a good experience with friendly service!

I bought a house with Bizzy Bee contracted to do termite inspection yearly, so instead of moving over my Orkin I just went ahead and added on regular pest control from Bizzy Bee. Their customer service has been so much better. Everyone I’ve worked with especially Whitney in their office has been very informative and clear about costs and expectations for service. It’s been almost 2 years now and they’ve been on top of things, easily coming out again if I feel a respray is necessary (my house is near the woods, so I don’t think there’s anything to be done to fully prevent 100% of bugs)

⭐️ 1 Star – I Wish I Could Give ZERO ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Top Notch (now merged with Bizzy Bee Extermination) is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They promise to treat your home monthly and follow up on any concerns — but those are empty promises and outright lies. Not only did they fail to provide the services they promised, but they also continued to withdraw money from my account without authorization, even after I sent multiple emails demanding them to stop. This is unacceptable, unethical, and potentially illegal. Their service is nonexistent, their communication is terrible, and their business practices are beyond unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I am actively pursuing further action regarding their unauthorized charges.

Edit: Stephanie at Bizzy Bee really provided me with exceptional customer support after leaving my initial review. I appreciate her and ALL of her efforts to make this wrong right. I said it to her but I'll say it again here. Thank you Stephanie. Because of your efforts I will raise my initial rating. Initial Posting: I wish i could give zero stars but Google won't let me. This is literally the worst company EVER and I was not a customer but choice. The original company that I was with merged with this company and its been nothing but hell ever since. They are unresponsive and dismissive. And to top it all off I just checked my account and they double charged me for the same service. I'm beyond pissed because its the weekend, they're closed, and I really needed that money. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you thrive in having a lack of communication.
