Tech came out, explained the process, located problem areas for racoon entry, set up traps, gave instructions and was very swift. Professional and efficient. We had something we never expected.. a bed bug infestation! 😳Walt and his team answered all our questions in a very timely manner, did a professional heat treatment, and even went above and beyond spraying our couches for no extra fee.
