WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I have used 4 companies over the last 10yrs at my current location and these guys were the worst. I had higher hopes based on their reviews and usage at a location I frequent weekly. This review is based on the end of a yearly contract that was a total waste of time and energy. I sought to fight mosquitos and ants whereas the service would begin at the start of Summer and end deeper into what we used to call Fall here. This service was garbage, and my family continued to be eaten up by mosquitos and ants were still very noticeable. The mosquitos was an adder cost for the Summer timeline but the ant treatment was staggered for the whole year. It was a bit troublesome trying to have them specifically note within conversations exactly where/how the application would be applied. I also noticed a lack of coverage along areas I had seen other companies initiate application via our camera system. This contract, meant to fight through the summer, keeps on going for the full year even though they have little to no need for treatment of ants (in the cold months) and none is needed for mosquitos. I put out ant repellant myself on more than one occasion due to their failed process. When contacting them they made mention of another approach method which did work a little better but seemed like they were fixing an issue for use of a mediocre product that cost them less in hopes it would work for them. Toward December, I'd had enough and heard complaints from the family to which I then reached out to BPP. I hoped to simply terminate the remainder of the contract knowing I'd have to succumb to the fees for all months prior as I did use the service, effective or not. That was a hard NO from BPP as they felt I waited too long and should have called to return services as needed. I believe this was Dave, an area manager, who basically stated this was my fault. It felt disrespectful and severely lacking from a customer service aspect given I had not asked for a REFUND and only wanted to stop any further payments. I would have passed on leaving any sort of bad review had they simply allowed the dismissal of the REMAINING portion of contract. Now when people ask me about such services, this BAD experience will be noted. They failed on the pest service but even more so on the customer service.

I am very happy with Black's Pest Control. Our home used to have moths so bad. After Black Pest Control started treating our house, there is not a moth to be found in the house. What a difference it makes not to be embarrassed when company is visiting.

Technician was ontime and explained what he was doing to solve my infestation problem and how to avoid recurring pest problems

Keep going up on prices every 6 months. The techs are good but very disappointed in them with the increases. Cannot recommend them.

He was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. He treated the exterior of my home, addressed the concern in the crawl space I pointed out, and even applied ant gel bait where he found trailing activity. His calm, knowledgeable approach completely turned my day around. I truly appreciate his attention to detail, strong managerial skills, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
