After discovering what we thought was termite shake in our garage, we found Blackhawk Pest Management online based on high reviews. When I called, Patrick picked up right away and happened to be 5 minutes away. He headed right over and to our relief, the issue was fire ants, not termites. He gave us options for treatment and did not try to upsell us. The price was very reasonable to treat the entire lawn and foundation edges. He was friendly, answered questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Patrick with Blackhawk Pest Management isn’t just great at what he does — he’s exceptional. From the moment we spoke, he was kind, professional, and clear. No upselling. No scare tactics. Just honest, thoughtful service. He showed up two hours after our call (who does that anymore?!), took off his shoes without being asked (huge bonus points from my parents — Asian household!), and treated them with so much respect and care. He called me personally to walk through everything he found — turns out it wasn’t rats… it was birds! He even sent photos to back it up and clearly explained what we should expect next. Best part? He didn’t charge us a dime for the inspection. Patrick restored my faith in service providers. He’s now locked into my speed dial, and I’ll be sending his info to everyone I know. I am highly satisfied by the services I received for the price. Patrick was able to explain the process and followed up if I had any concerns regarding our squirrel problem. Very appreciative of how quickly they were able to resolve the issue.

I called Blackhawk for my parents a few weeks ago as they had found a snake in their house, and my mother is terrified of snakes. He as so kind over the phone getting information and very communicative re: transit time and ETA. Showed up very quickly but could not find the snake again. He plugged up some holes where entry may have been made and insisted on not charging them for the visit. My mom texted multiple times how nice of a guy he was. Thank you for the great service and kindness to my parents!

I was totally pleased with Patrick’s work ethic and the way he sprayed my house , yard , wasp in my security cameras , he even checked my attic , did my garage , and answered all my questions , he was fast efficient and thorough. Most of all honest , no hidden extra fees . Now if only he was a handyman, lawn guy.. one can only dream.
