Wonderful experience with this company! They showed up in a timely manner and my technician Carl was fabulous. He answered all my questions and helped me feel truly protected. I had a terrible experience with another pest control company not showing up for my scheduled appointment the day before so I was anxious and doubtful but Jose took my call (a few times and even called me back a couple times!) and reassured me they would be there and I would be properly taken care of. And I was! Thank you Blue Beetle for the fantastic customer service! Carl and Jose ROCK!

I can’t remember the technician’s name, but he was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the whole process explained everything thoroughly was very kind and friendly to My grandkids. He was very friendly, very thorough and I hope he comes back to take care of the rest of the problems. Thank you so much for your help.

Well, we finally bought our first house. The excitement ended quickly when we realized we obviously had every bug living in and around our house. We called Blue Beatle and the bugs are gone. Spiders, ants and termites are no longer living rent free in our new home!! Well done.

I really appreciated having a tech that could get the job done well, fast, and respectfully. I always felt like they knew they were in my home and treated my space like my own, and I’m finally rid of pests. Thanks a lot blue beetle!

I choose BB Pest Control KCMO because they promised fast next day service for termite treatment for a house that was under contract. They promised to be at the property between 8am and 12. I called the day before to see if it rained they would still come but no one answers their phones. I also called from the property the next day from 8am to 11 and no one answered. Finally someone texted me and said they wouldn't be coming because of the rain. They should have told me before having me wait 5 hours. So we rescheduled to the next day at 8am. They showed up at 9 something and did not answer phones to let me know if they were even coming. The office "guaranteed' they would be done before noon. They were not. The service guys were professional and very nice. I have no complaint against them. However, they do not value the customers time or deliver on their promises or "guarantees".

Excellent service! The technician explained the service process step by step and showed me the entry points for mice, which he then sealed. I highly recommend him.
