Jim showed up on time. Did his inspection with me answering questions and explaining details and what to look for. He was knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me at all. Boise Pest was recommended to me by my daughter who had positive experience as well so I would highly recommend them as well.

Ant problem under artificial turf. Treated and baited. Fully explained what he was using and why those products. Took the time to make sure ants were taking bait. We have a regular service with him, this was a special call out, he send us an invoice for $0.00. True 100% customer service.

Last week he eliminated a small community of black widows that had taken up residence in my uncle's garage, prior to a major clean out.
