This was our first experience with Boydstun. From the start when I called in, to the day before reminder, and when the tech came out and did the service everything went AWESOME!! I would especially like to mention Alexis for be so nice on the phone and understanding my concerns. Also Jonathan the service tech. From his greeting through the signing of the ticket. He explained what he was doing and explained what was on the ticket. Jonathan was very nice and professional. Please tell these two employees of yours, “Thank You” for the awesome service they gave. They are a great assets to your company!!

We get our home sprayed quarterly. We never have issues with bugs in between. Once we had a neighborhood dog visit and afterwards we had a very difficult tick infestation. Boydstun came twice to make sure they were all gone. Every technician is very polite and I feel very comfortable with them in my home. Today I got to meet their employee Shannon. I really enjoyed visiting with her as she worked through my home. I recommend Boydstun to anyone needing pest control services.

Shannon was so friendly and professional. She took extra time to make sure she got a good spray on rooms where we had seen some insects. We have used Boydstun for awhile and have always had great service! I would highly recommend!

Boydstun's has handled pest control services at our office for years. They do an excellent job and are always prompt and polite. Zeno, especially, goes the extra mile - making a point to ask about any possible issues we need addressed, cleaning off cobwebs from our high ceilings that we can't reach and closing doors as he finishes spraying and works his way down the hall. That's an appreciated touch, as it saves me from having to go back through the office to shut doors. Recommend.

We have Boydstuns come and spray quarterly. Zeno is always friendly and professional as well as the other employees who have been out here. They are always on time and make sure we haven't had any issues in between sprays. Their customer service is top notch!
