This is the absolute best exterminator in the business. My daughter called him and the very next day he was there. Just so professional and knowledgeable. I thought I had a mouse in my house it turns out it was a terrible rat problem in the crawl space. He showed me everything that I needed to get rid of the problem and he made sure to bait the house inside and out. Other places wanted way more money and would not have told me how to get rid of them permanently, they would have continued to come out and charge me more money.

Exterminator came over very quick for service but when called because things had not changed, he became VERY rude! I waited a week for him to come back and nothing. I called after the week only for him to have an attitude as if I did something to him! He decided to pop up Saturday morning but left by the time I put something appropriate on to unlock the door. He's very rude after being paid! No wonder he only takes cash! Thank God I didn't tip him like I thought to!

I called at 8am and Bill was at my house by 10am. He was very sweet, very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond what I paid for. I would definitely recommend him for everything you need. I am very pleased with Bills work!

I saw mouse in my home around 6am and called them at 7am. To say they are quick is a under statement. They were at my home by 9:30am and found where the mouse had been living and put out bait. I live near a creek so field mice are common but I refuse to have them in my home. Grant you all of this happened on a Saturday so finding someone to come out is hard. They were extremely reasonable and even told me about the spider problem in my basement. I will be calling them back in the summer for the spiders and mosquitos. If you need professional service that will not rip you off call B&R exterminators.
