Branch’s pest control went above and beyond! They are very professional and very knowledgeable! I will only be using their services in the future if needed! Very affordable as well! I started with a popular pest control who couldn’t find the problem. I went with Branch for a second opinion. I should have called them first. Can't tell you how impressed I am with this man's service. Drove all the way out from Marshall to Big Cypress and not only did he not waste my time giving me a "window" for my appointment, he arrived EARLY ! His service was professional. He clearly knows his bugs and how to treat them. Didn't just spray the house but took the time to figure out the outside source. Before he left our lake house the colony of carpenter ants slowly eating our home and a big tree near the guest house was dying. I was really skeptical of an all 5 star rating but he deserves it. The lady that answers the phone and sets up the appointment was also knowledgeable, polite and professional too.
