    They were friendly and honest about the contract. The first service I was not home for. The tech told my adult son he already did the grass pebble treatment and around the house and they did all areas inside we needed them to do. After the first treatment we have seen the bodies of a few black widows inside & outside and have not seen any live spiders to date, so I'm happy about that. Over a month later, I'm still seeing live ants and active and mounds and live wasps but I can't find the nest visually It's likely higher up on the roof or tucked in somewhere so I'm hoping to get photos and ask them to come sooner for additional free in-between service they talked about. I will update my rating as the year continues. I live in a neighborhood that is infested with ants & black widows as a renter and last two years I didn't spray and my place became a "safe haven" for arachnids. 😩. Their pricing is a bit steep but I think if the quality of the service continues to be good then it's fair, you know the saying "you get what you pay for".

    Beware of door-to-door salesman. I am not happy with this company. They came to my door and offered me the one year contract with the first application at a reasonable price. After the first application I saw no difference with the bugs on my house. I am having a problem with Boxelder bugs and Elm seed bugs. After A few months, I called the company and told them I was not happy because I still had a lot of bugs. It was time for the second application. I expected, since I had called and complained, I would get a more thorough application. The technician spent about 15 seconds on the front yard and did not do the backyard. I asked him if he could spray higher on the house and he said I am not permitted to spray over my head. He wore no mask. I have light deck furniture on my deck near my house. He would not spray there because he would not move the deck furniture. I moved the deck furniture for him and I am a 73-year old woman. The young male technician then sprayed the house. I could have done a better job of spraying myself. This company is not worth it. When my contract is up, I will be looking for another pest company.

    BEWARE! On August 18th 2025 I had a salesman from BRD Pest Solutions License #: 4000-2543 knock on my door to tell me about a "$49 special" they were offering a one-time fee to try their service out at a reduced price of their normal fee. Then he told me that they would go ahead and set up our next service appointment and if we decided we did not want to keep the service all we had to do was cancel it. There was no mention of a 12-month contract, nor that if I cancelled the service there would be a very high priced early cancellation fee of 80% of services for a years period of time. He then told me that they would need a credit card to hold for the appointment and it would not be charged until the $49 special" was completed. He entered my information on his phone, put my credit card information in and then asked me to sign for the authorization of the credit card. He left and shortly after I received an email stating that I was now in a 12 month contract with them and that if I cancelled I would have to pay 80% of the yearly cost $349. This was very underhanded as I never saw a contract and only saw that I was signing for the credit card. That signature was used for this contract. They came out for their initial $49 spray which literally did nothing to help. I had tried to speak to someone about this matter and I could not get anyone to answer my emails, calls or texts. They continue to send me texts to review them, but nothing to resolve this issue about their very shady and fraudulent business practices. I finally spoke with a staff member who told me that they knew that some of their door to door salesmen were doing this (Literally admitted it) but unless I had the conversation we had recorded he could not do anything. After arguing with me that if I did not have "proof" he then stated , "So you are cancelling the services" I told him that is not what I said and I was not paying this outrageous fee for something I did not sign up for. He then stated I confirmed I did not want the service by saying I didn't sign up for it and when we hung up I got an alert on my credit card he had just charged me $349.This company seems to be doing this to many people and should be shut down and no one should have to pay $349 on a contract they did not see or sign. What they are doing is fraudulent and criminal.

    If you see a salesperson run for it, they scam my partner into a year contract when initially it was supposed to be a free spray to see how good quality their service is we didn’t put no card info or anything. I was considering them until they are charging us for the “free” spray and they force a signature on a 12 month agreement contract. Now they are charging us $400 to cancel. I prefer to put that towards our lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND considering other people experience with them as well.

    This company completely failed to deliver on the services they promised. We were told up front by their sales rep that every visit would include knocking down wasp nests, spraying the eaves, and dusting. In reality, they skipped those steps over and over. Even when we pointed out exact nest locations (some of them literally right by our front door, visible from the street), the technicians ignored them and just did a quick, basic dusting. After multiple visits, including “follow-ups” from their lead and district technicians, we still had the same nests in place. We have photos showing untreated nests directly after their services — proof that nothing meaningful was being done. Meanwhile, our kids couldn’t safely play outside because of all the wasps. When we tried to cancel, they hid behind the fine print of their contract, claiming they don’t actually guarantee results or specific services, only that they’ll “try” to treat listed pests. On top of that, they hit us with a huge cancellation penalty, even though they weren’t providing the services we were sold. To make matters worse, they went ahead and charged us for an additional visit after we requested to cancel, forcing us to dispute charges with our bank. This company runs on misleading sales tactics, poor service, and shady contracts. Save yourself the headache and go with literally anyone else.

    I’m on round 4 of spraying for pests (mostly bugs) and so far there has been a notable decrease. We had a huge infestation of black widows this year which is what spurred this whole thing. Now I’m not really one for door to door sales, in fact the leave me rather peeved. However when BRD came knocking I was pleasantly surprised. Crew Crimson was our initial contact and he was truly knowledgeable. I picked his brain about the services offered, success rate, pricing, contracts etc. there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer. As someone who enjoys competency that was a huge plus. So I signed up and so far it’s been great. I know that technically I can go out and buy the same product and spray it myself, but at the end of the day my time and the product cost about the same as having BRD come do it for me. And I don’t have to deal with spiders myself, huge plus if you ask me. Lastly the technicians I’ve had so far (Ben Robinson & Mike Spoonmore) were both incredibly polite and skilled. I walked the property with each of them, pointed out every web, nest, and tiny thing that bugged me or I wanted extra attention on and they did it. So at the end of the day, I don’t have to think about it, and that’s a win.

    BRD did a glorious job! The super cute representative Drey😉 was very knowledgeable and friendly!! I showed him my gutter and its hornet nests, and he cleaned my gutters so good!! He was quick, but thorough, hitting every nook and cranny!! Bugz be gone, RIGHT!! HAHAHA

    He came in the time window that we were told. That is very important to me. He asked where we were having issues and what we were seeing. He was fast and did the entire house, garage, front and back yard. Polite and kind. Great price for what we are getting.

    Unethical sales and contract practices. You guys sure make used car salesmen look good. Salesman Cole comes to my garage, where I told him to leave, but he pressed on and said "I'm already in your neighborhood, so I'll spray for $75." In a hurry and a seemingly decent price, I agreed, swiped, signed. He in no way mentioned that I was signed (in their opinion) a contract for future services that cannot be cancelled. Pretty dirty practices BRD. Am I a moron for giving a stranger the time of day, nevertheless my credit car? Yes, I am a moron. That does not, however justify BRD's extremely shady practices. Speaking to their account manager (who I wish so badly I could meet in person) he simply defended their practices and said "there aren't enough complaints about that salesman to warrant any cancellation." What a horrible business. I hope so badly that they come around again!
