    Reasonably priced professional service. I believe that’s a good description of this company. They Let me know right upfront what it will cost what they were going to do. They were also very happy to answer. Any questions I had.

    Very professional company. I just received my first treatment so I don't really know how effective this is going to be. However, they seemed to do a good job of treating inside. Outside and in the caller Area. I would recommend this company

    Terrible customer service. I normally wouldn’t post, but I’m very frustrated that I actually indulged. Purchased termite stations installations. $45 monthly charge for termite service. Now told that it’s installing payments with no in person service. No one checked stations. AWFUL!! Don’t do it.

    5 stars for service tech. Very polite and thorough. I was very surprised however that they are working on Labor Day. I was notified by text at 5pm the day before a holiday that a service call was scheduled. I did t see the message until later that evening. You might want to consider not scheduling visits on holidays. Service tech deserve a day off or make it optional for them at least and if you MUST schedule home visits on a holiday notify the homeowner several days in advance to give them opportunity to reschedule. If I would have had company and cooking out that would have been awkward. Hey everyone cover your food the big guy is spraying! 😊

    Coming in to add to my review: the manager from our local branch called directly and see what happened and was super nice and wanting to help! Baltimore location 10/10. Corporate 0/10. 10/10 do not recommend. And from reading all the other 1 star reviews I am not the only one this has happened too. Told one price and charged something different. Call to cancel and told it would cost me $1200 to cancel TWELVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!! Complete scam. I have already had two major issues with them and it’s not even been 3 months. I now have a 2 year contract with them that I clearly cannot get out of without giving them my money for nothing. When I explained this to the man on the phone I was told "Well you have no proof you were told that" amazing way to build trust with your customers. 100% awful service.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I do not normally write reviews, but feel I must in this case. It all started when I contacted them to verify where I should send my first payment via my bank bill pay. Well I was provided their old address in Columbia. After several weeks of my account not be credited for the payment, I was advised I was given the wrong address. I had to cancel that payment and resubmit to the correct address in Glen Burnie. Meanwhile I was sent another bill for another mosquito treatment. My wife was home all day when the treatment was to be performed, but no one showed up. When my wife contacted them about the charge, the customer service rep admitted the service had not be performed and she would credit the charge. It is almost impossible to talk to a rep when you call and they NEVER call you back when you leave a message. The manager was supposed to call me back 3 times and NEVER did!!!! The last time I received my mosquito treatment they just showed up without notice and wanted payment then and there. I told the employee to have them bill me as usual. He had to contact his manager and the manager wanted me to put a credit card on file so they could automatically charge the card. Told employee no way and to have the manager call me directly. The employee did. Still no call back from the manager for the fourth time. The manager must be used to dealing with UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. I will be installing a Ring Camera so I can verify that they are performing the services I am billed for. I will immediately cancel any further service at the end of my contract. I would HIGHLY encourage using another service for your pest control needs!!!!!

    The technician was very knowledgeable. He asked about any special instructions or needs that we have and he followed them 100%. He was so courteous, respectful and extremely professional. When he was done the treatment he explained in detail what he did along with his findings on some nests of bees that he took care of. Great experience.
