    I signed up originally because we were having wasp, ant, mosquito, spiders, and snakes to name a few. I live out in the country so it’s to be expected. The salesman was very polite told me to give it a couple months and if it wasn’t working to simply call and cancel. Well here i am months in and still having issues with all of the above. They were here to service this morning and didn’t even service one of the mosquito traps that i pay an extra 40$ and sometimes $80 a month for. Which is crazy that it varies month to month. The pictures attached are from after the service. One of which i knocked the mud dobber nest off my self. When i called to cancel they said i had to pay 80% of the remaining contract price. The person i spoke to over the phone said that they were the highest person i could talk to and that’s their terms even though the original salesman said i could simply call and cancel after a few months if it wasn’t working. READ THE FINE PRINT. DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY. IF they do end up doing something to better the situation i will update here. So far, it has been a pretty terrible experience and it i could give 0 stars i would.

    I can not wait til my contract is up in march. My daughter is highly allergic to ants and I explained that to them when I signed up. O we will get rid of them. I promise u! I have more ants then ever before. My child is on the spectrum and she will literally run into ant piles. They make it so hard to cancel them so be warned.

    THIS IS NOT a Pest Control company. This is a scam that profits off of cancellation fees! Think about it, they make the same amount whether they service your house or not. So what is the point in doing a good job?? There is no incentive for good service! The only "good part" of this nightmare was the salesman — he was friendly and convincing. But of course, he left out one MAJOR detail: the 80% cancellation fee 🤯 That’s right. It’s upwards of $400 just to cancel. If he had told me that upfront, I would have run the other way immediately. What GOOD, reputable company needs to trap customers with a cancellation policy like that? (I’ll wait.) Answer: ❌ only scammy ones. They promised pheromone sprays to keep wasps away, knocking down all existing nests, professional products you can’t buy in stores. NONE of it happened. After two visits, the wasp nests were untouched, and my husband and I ended up spraying the place ourselves with store-bought products. And the lies keep piling up: 👉🏼I told the salesman what products I was using, and he laughed it off, saying “oh those won’t work, we use stuff you have to be licensed for.” Well guess what? When the tech showed up, he pulled out the EXACT same ant killer my husband uses from the store. Are you kidding me? Complete liars. 👉🏼On the second visit, I asked the technician what results I should expect. He said, “I don’t know.” He didn’t know!? And he was training a new guy at the same time. HOW is someone who “doesn’t know” training anyone? Totally unprofessional. 👉🏼Scheduling was chaos. Texts at 7pm on a Saturday saying a tech is suddenly on the way when our schedule appointment was early afternoon! They sent an Email at 11:42pm saying they’ll show up early the next morning. They know I have a guard dog that has to be put away. The guy shows up while my dog is out. No consistency, no respect for my time. Canceling is even worse. The techs told me to call the office. The office never returns calls or texts. I finally spoke to Miriam in accounts after almost 40 minutes on the phone. She was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She flat-out told me she was the “highest person” I could speak to, then explained my only choices: keep suffering through their garbage service or pay the ridiculous cancellation fee. She said that if I refused them entry to my property, I would STILL owe them. Unreal. This is a scam built on lies, traps, and fake promises. They don’t deliver what they sell, they don’t communicate, and when you try to leave, they try to bleed you dry with outrageous fees. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. DO NOT fall for this scam company.

    I don't feel I got the services promised by the salesman. There are active wasp and dirt dauber nests in both the front and back porches after the tech left. There are also no signs of granules in the front or back yard on bare ground or concrete surfaces adjacent to the yards. I've attached pics of nests and bare ground from after technician left. I also had to fix the spray hose as the technician didn't have the needed tools to do it.

    This has been the worst company I’ve dealt with on pest control. They knocked on my door and wouldn’t leave. Then finally I said I would switch to them because they offered and said they could reach my second story to sweep the spider webs off. The sales guy guaranteed that they would do this and even wrote it in the notes for the service guy to do. Sounds silly, but this is the only reason I switched to them because my current bug guy didn’t have long enough extensions to do this. I don’t like spiders so really, ONLY REASON I SWITCHED! My other pest control company was great, just wanted my eves reached. Sales guy also noted that the service guy would knock down the mud dobber nests as well. When they came out the first time to spray, they didn’t do any of this. Then they came out for a second time and when my son answered the door and said I wasn’t home yet, the guy turned around and left doing nothing. They said I don’t need to be home yet they just left. When I called customer service to cancel my contract they said it would be almost $500! They have not honored their contract!!! The customer service guy said he could send another guy out, but I don’t want anyone else at this point to come out and I want to cancel. He said I couldn’t…well, I shouldn’t have to babysit your team and I don’t want to go back and forth nor do I have time to sit at home waiting for someone to show up. I already gave you 2 opportunities to do it correctly, and y’all didn’t! When I asked to talk with someone else he said there was know one…welp, I guess I’ll file a complaint then. They have not honored or done what their contract says they would. I would not recommend them and they did a horrible job at my house and on the phone. I will be going back to Moxie Pest Control or Knight…I’ve used them both and they were way better. I couldn’t upload the videos with timestamps showing he came and didn’t do anything and left right away…
