CHRIS C. with Breda assessed the rodent issue at my home. He was very throuough and knows this industry well. He also took pictures and discussed how the rodents are getting in and showed me the incredibly thick metal products that Breda will use to seal the attic. Chris C was very helpful both times we’ve had him out for quotes for different work. We had several quotes both times and he was easily the best at explaining exactly what the work entailed. He was also great at answering our follow up questions. Breda also did a good job with both our pest exclusion and termite treatment. Haven’t had a squirrel get in anywhere since the did the exclusion!

I tried to find my original review to update. I believe I was conned into treating my house for a rat problem I did not have. The sales man came and did an assessment of my home showing me pictures of a lots of rat droppings. I know believe this may have been doctored pics. I had recently moved into the home and had an inspection and contractors that were in my attic and basement and never mentioned a rat issue. I had also been in my basement multiple times with no indication of rats. I told the salesman I thought it was squirrels and he said no. Months with no rat activity and no traps set off, I still hear the original noise that started the issue. The field manager, finally today after months, confirmed it was in fact squirrels and found them in the area I directed the salesman. I have called the office twice to complain and no one has bothered to address my concerns. I feel completely taken advantage of and a large dollar amount was spent with this company. The field manager today was very helpful and for the first time I feel I have some resolution of my issue. The cost I paid was at least $1k higher than someone else I know that had a similar service.

Neighbors referred me to Breda after having no luck with previous pest companies managing our pest control problems. Requested a quote, and Chris C came out the same day. He was very thorough and explained everything well. Very professional and responsive. I already have my services scheduled to start within a week, which is quicker than any other pest control company ever takes to come out. Looking forward to better service!
