My experience with Brody Brothers Pest Control was outstanding. I chose them as all reviews I read about the company were positive. Everyone, from beginning to end, were extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. I submitted a request on line on a Sunday morning and by Tuesday a Technician was scheduled and arrived at my home for the the inspection and to see what was needed to keep my home rodent and pest free. Any questions I had were quickly answered.  My two technicians, Zach and Kyle, Zach doing the initial inspection and follow up and Kyle sealing entry points, placing bait and traps and securing the outside of my home, were friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable of what was needed. Brody Pest Control will continue to follow up every three months and are available if needed for any problems that arise before that. Thank you all for a job well done. I will definitely recommend Brody Brothers Pest Control to anyone needing this service.

Tim is so phenomenal! He’s kind, professional, and very courteous. He helped me clean food particles in the hard to reach places under my dishwasher and oven. Truly appreciated him coming out for my quarterly inspections. I wish I could have him come out every time, because he’s just so great at what he does! Thank for all you Tim.

Although i initially wondered if the price was worth it, in just two visits already I have seen the value. James found and addressed an ant nest and identified the problem area in recent rodent activity. It's been so nice to have someone else doing the dirty work in keeping my home pest free. Brody Brothers is the BEST pest control company!! I had issues with mice for years and within months of using their service, have had no issues. Shoutout to our regular technician, Justin, who has gone above and beyond to identify areas that mice could access our row home, and thoroughly seal up the spots. I can enjoy my house again without the anxiety of seeing a mouse scurry across the kitchen or living room floor. If you’re having issues with mice, call them ASAP!!! The price comparison (I get quarterly services) and communication of the company beats my past one hands down.

Everyone at Brody Brothers that I have had the pleasure to come in contact with have been exceptional! The ladies in the office have been very accommodating and pleasant. My Technician, Zach Harper, is fantastic! This visit he performed the quarterly pest control service, added fresh bait to the snap traps, shuffled the snap traps in the storage area under my steps, and placed fresh bait in one of the bait stations that had a small nibble. All other traps and bait stations were also checked. Zach answered any questions I had thoroughly and in a manner that made sense to this non mouse loving person. Thank all of you for your exceptional service. I highly recommend Brody Brothers for any pest control issues that may arise.

There were two issues we had at our house, 1.wasps nest attached to the underside of our gutter and 2. Mice. The first technician arrived, assessed the situation and removed the nest, made a note of the travel pattern of the mice. A contract was entered into between myself and Brody Brothers. A week after initial visit, the second technician arrived to place the bait traps, and two weeks later the third technician arrived to check the bait placements to determine if there was activity. Throughout the entire process, I was updated on what to expect and the ongoing follow up. The customer service so far has been great, and the technicians have been outstanding.

I pay quarterly $137 for service, which is rendered at least quarterly, but as much as is needed. I am fortunate that each quarterly service takes care of things just right. The techs who come always are friendly, efficient, and explain everything well. Same this time.

We've had a maintenance service contract with Brody Brother's Pest Control Company for many years. Every service agent who has come out to our home over the years has been courteous and professional. When I've had an emergency pest problem they come out right away. I highly recommend the company.
