When issues arise, as they did today, Ben worked his magic and was able to secure same-day treatment. Matt showed up & was extremely pleasant. I can't recommend Brody Brothers enough. First off, their professionalism is apparent from the phone receptionists to the exterminator team. Everyone I have encountered has always been so kind and helpful. We often see Justin coming for our quarterly visits, and he's fantastic. They make this process so easy for you and are literally just a phone call away. Anytime we have had an issue with mice or bugs, they usually send someone out the same day. I can't thank them enough for making our home feel like ours again. It's clear that the management team cares about having a solid team, and is not in it to rip you off and do a shotty job. Brody is always incredibly responsive when we call. We have an annual contract with them that's worth the price. Matt and John did a great job thoroughly explaining how and why they treated areas to deter the ants that have been getting in our kitchen. Matt also showed me how to identify the activity of carpenter bees, and was very careful not to use any products that would harm the pollinators I'm attracting to my yard and garden.

Matt and Jake both service my home, both are excellent. They take their time with everything I ask about, which I'm never short on questions about bugs and signs of them. Friendly people and do a great job, and my multiple ant highways disappeared pretty much overnight after starting service. They tell me what work they perform and the inspection reports are detailed. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a home and wanted to have it inspected for pests and insects before moving in. Ari from Brody Brothers Pest Control did an excellent job! He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I really appreciated how knowledgeable and friendly he was throughout the process. Wish we didn’t need Brody Brothers, but we do! Very happy with our service package. So far three techs have been out to address our pest issues. All have been good, but the most recent tech, Matthew really took his time to patch up any remaining problem areas. Will definitely request him for future follow ups.

If you want to guarantee your home is pest free, use Brody. My house is very old and I had mice. I used other pest control companies and kept having issues. Since switching to Brody, I have no pest issues. They are specially trained to get to the root of the issue and seal holes and find entry points in difficult places. I use them for spider crickets, centipedes, termites, and other insects and they have kept my peace of mind from never having to worry about mice or bugs again. Every technician is friendly, professional, and experienced. If you want the job done right, you should use Brody.

I used Brody Brody brothers sometime ago. They are an overpriced and ineffective pest control service that I would not recommend at all. Not to mention, the customer service representatives are rude, and it’s always a hassle scheduling service. I switched to Atlantic Pest Control. The service is more affordable, and I am pleased with the results thus far.
