Brody Brothers has been excellent to work with. We’ve had them under contract for the last couple years and it’s brought us peace of mind. If we ever have issues between treatments they are very responsive and resolve the issues quickly. Everyone from the administrative staff to the technicians are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for any pest control needs.

Signed up as a new customer with Brody Brothers based on their good online reviews. Service was performed by young technicians on 4/27. Immediately upon departure of the technicians, I noticed a significant and deep scratch over one foot long on newly finished hardwood floors. This scratch occurred directly in the area where the technicians were working around our dishwasher. I informed the company within 5 minutes of my discovery of the issue, and the same technicians returned back and apologized. A few days later another field manager came and inspected the damage and apologized, informing me they would reach out with resolution. Shortly after, I received a call denying liability and that they would not resolve the damage they caused on our hardwood floor. Depot manager refused to request owner of company or any senior management to call me back and stone walled any further action by Brody Brothers.

Honestly, Brody Brothers provides one of the best customer service experiences I have seen in a company. Calling in to request service is quick and easy. You talk to a real person! The techs that come out are always very amicable and super knowledgeable! Most recently, I had 2 yellow jacket nests that they came and dealt with on the same day I called. Thanks!

I have had the pleasure of working with Brody Brothers Peat Control for several years now . The techs there are absolutely the best and most friendly men I have worked with. They are so respectful and kind . They listen to everything you are concerned about and treat properly . I have referred them to several people on neighbor/next door or anyone that asks. I would not use anyone else. The inside staff is so easy to talk to and again , very friendly .

My husband got sick and had to go in the hospital December 28 for a few weeks. I was home alone never had been home alone before so I was nervous about being there and I would not turn on a TV or play music because I wanted to hear if someone may try to come in our home so The house was quiet We have woods behind our home I have birdfeeders outside a few evenings I could hear nibbling in our living room under the sofa. A quietly crept from my office to the living room, and I could still hear it. I noticed there were empty Pistachio nutshells laying on the floor. I immediately flipped our sofa, upside down And began shaking it and Empty pistachio shells fell out of the sofa onto the floor. I also heard nibble in the pantry and saw mice dropping on the floor I opened the closet in the foyer and a mouse ran from the top shelf down in front of our jackets, leaped on the floor and jumped in one of our floor vents down to the basement We have a bookshelf in our office one evening, while sitting at the desk in the office I could hear the same nibbling behind the bookshelf, and I saw mice droppings on the floor, while cleaning out the coat closet I noticed mice droppings on the floor in the coat closet under my shoe. I searched online for options that I could purchase to keep the mice away and possibly kill them, but nothing worked a few weeks later I saw Newborn pink baby mouse on the floor in front of a sofa. Immediately I searched on line for a company and found Brody called to schedule an appointment they came to our home right away. They did a Thorough investigation and found the mice has nibbled the rubber shield under the garage door and they were entering through a hole they had chewed the sheet rock in the garage entered through the hole in the sheet rock. It took many visits for the team at Brody to come to our home they said we had a mice infestation, we just had an inspection this week and there's no trace of mice droppings. The team at Body Assured me they would do all they could to get this mice infestation under control. Each time I called they came to our home no questions asked. They made sure the traps were set in the basement and on the main level of our home garage and the outside Perimeter I had to really do some deep cleaning behind the chairs in our pantry, the coat closet floor, around the perimeter of each room on our main floor, Under the dishwasher under the stove. I got rid of a lot of things that Brody told me would attract the mice to our home . I purchased totes with lids to store things like pancake mix, flour rice, nuts, sugar, I stopped buying birds birdseed maybe I'll get back to doing that, but I'll be sure that the bird feeders are further away from the house in the woods. We are truly thankful the Brody came to our home they are very professional, and very knowledgeable and they gave me great Advice. I will recommend this company to Everyone! Yesterday a team from Brody came to our home and inspected. I'm glad to report as of yesterday we have no traces of mice outside or inside our home! To the Brody Team We Thank You! 😊

I have used Brody Brothers in the past and then as well as now they’re a wonderful company to work with! I lived here for 30+ yrs (the house is about 40 yrs old); never had any pest problem. Last year, I saw a mouse, 3-4 times, like a blur out of the corner of my eye. And I started to notice droppings behind furniture and in closets. I called Brody Bros. They told me what they would do, which was to seal up any possible routes of entry from outside to inside and then kill whatever was already inside with traps. I told them I wouldn't use glue traps because I didn't want any animal going through the painful process of dying of thirst/hunger. They were fine with that. Anyway, they came right out, I signed their annual contract, and they did their thing. That was six months ago. I haven't seen a single mouse or dropping since their first visit. I pay a reasonable monthly rate. They come out quarterly to follow-up. It looks like I won't need to renew at the end of the year. But I highly recommend these guys.
