Led was so prompt He got there before I did and kindly waited. He was very sympathetic and empathetic with my stress. He gave me valuable valuable information on prevention and calmed me from being over the top scared he checked every single door behind every couch, and I have a big house and he identified exactly where he felt the rat had gotten in. And did everything to help me feel more at ease very nice technician I wouldn’t use anybody else but this company they’re wonderful

Overall, our experience with Brooks Pest Control has been positive. Technicians know what they're doing and they get the job done. Anthony was great today as he was very flexible on meeting me at an exact time at the property we needed the work performed. That was above and beyond the standard window the company gives you for arrival time - I really appreciated the individual attention he gave to our time constraints today!

Jose, the technician who came out, was incredibly nice, bilingual in English and Spanish was very informative, and extremely helpful. Richard Delgado had lots of patience with me on 7/28/25. He was very helpful. He took the time to show and explain the service I was getting on the outside of our home an yards. It takes a special employee to understand a customer of age 84 yrs. I also asked if my garage could be done he said yes. Made my husband very happy. Who was concerned about getting what we paid for? Was it wrong? Richard gave complete respect to his customer. With his service I will continue using Brooks Pest Control. Until my rates go up and can not afford them. We are retired. I am so happy with Brooks pest control. They come out quickly for assistants on what you need done! Just an added bonus with their tech William helping us out. Right when he came to the door this morning he had a wonderful smile, great energy, and encouraging that the job will get done to my satisfaction. He was wonderful!

Moses was awesome! Took his time and was very thorough. Paid attention to detail and really cared about doing a great job. I highly recommend him.

Mathias Fruhmann was excellent worker who does his job in perfect condition. He did in detail to spray all the areas including garage. Renne did a fabulous job at our home. He was respectful of our home and items inside the house. He cleaned the webs under our eves and the patio posts. He spent enough time at our home to finish his work. He communicated with us what he was doing and how long to wait before watering and cleaning our floors. He communicated with us about the time that he would arrive even though his route was going a little longer, calling us allowed us to run an errand before he arrived.He left us a video at the end of his job telling us what he did during his visit. Jenry was wonderful...thorough, on time, professional polite, neat, helpful and performed a perfect service on the very day I called for service. The initial fee was remarkably reasonable! I am happy I signed up for 18 months of service, and I know that if a problem arises, I can call in between scheduled service calls to get help as soon as possible.to help.

We’ve had the service for a couple years now I believe. We live in an older home so bugs can be an issue but thanks to Brooks they aren’t. Shout out to Moises. Hes great at communicating, getting the job done, and making sure we’re aware of the work he did.
